The Pavelski Family Foundation's goal is to cultivate and expand the world's agricultural knowledge so that we can meaningfully discuss and prepare for global food sustainability.
By partnering with our communities to embrace the responsibility of increased awareness and education toward this life-sustaining issue, we can work together to maintain a high quality of life for all.
Our Story
Our Story
The Directors and Officers of the Pavelski Family Foundation have a long history of vegetable farming in Central Wisconsin and are motivated to educate and inform communities of the impact of agriculture on our health and well-being, and the role in agriculture in preserving and protecting our natural environment.

Michelle Peariso
Secretary & Treasurer
Michelle grew up working on the farm picking rocks, sorting potatoes pulling weeds and working in customer service. She went on to get a degree in Chemical Engineering and work for big corporations like Procter & Gamble and Kimberly Clark before starting a company with Dick, Andria and her husband Chris, Adventure 212 fitness, and returning to the family businesses. She now runs the non-Ag investment side of the family office, Pavelski Legacy Partners, along with donating her time to the Pavelski Family Foundation.
